Robot guidance systems with geometrical checks and surface inspection

DIVISOFT Robo-Inspect is an optimized vision system, which enables robot guidance through a few simple operations, and communicates with any anthropomorphic or scara robot that satisfies industrial technical standards via a serial or Ethernet interface.

If required, Robo-Inspect can be supplied with powerful tools which, in addition to the usual robot guidance functions, are capable of performing dimensional inspections, geometrical checks and surface inspections, such as the checking of folds, stamps and deformations in parts made of metal, plastic or other materials.

Robo-Inspect comes supplied with software, video cameras and lighting, which are adapted in line with the requirements f a varied range of applications.
For Robo-Inspect, as with all its other products, DIVISOFT offers a free project feasibility study.

In addition DIVISOFT offers “turnkey” systems with any model of the “Denso” robot, plus the programming or implementation of complex robot guidance projects.
