Surface-Inspector is a robotic inspection machine for checking surface-treated - especially reflective - surfaces at 360°. This machine is ideally suited for use in PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) surface treatment and coating processes.

Diamond-Inspector is a robotic inspection machine that can check and measure circular objects such as milling cutters and diamond-drills with maximum precision. This system is capable of measuring and checking the quality of the diamond layer at 360°. The machine is ideal for use in the field of dentistry and precision tools.

Bearings-Inspector is an automatic inspection system, which is capable of checking and measuring round objects such as ball bearings, co-pressed bearings and pulleys of various kinds. This system is ideally suitable for the injection molding of thermoplastics, thermosetting plastics and elastomers.

All machines of the DIVISOFT-Inspector series are supplied as turnkey systems, and come complete with software for remote support via the Internet.
